Tatiana Shalagina is cosmetologist-aesthetician with a Master degree in Molecular Biology, coach of Meder Beauty Science brand and founder of an online education project for cosmetologists and beauticians Skinstory_ Education. She is also author of publications in specialized magazines on cosmetology, as well as speaker in local and international conferences.
Tetyana has a degree of molecular biologist in NaUKMA. In 2015 Tatiana started a blog about cosmetics for super-educated and became a cosmetologist in 2016. She currently practices cosmetology, runs a salon for non-invasive cosmetology Skin Story and owns an online cosmetics store Skinlist. In 2018, Tatiana founded Skinstory_ Education, an online education project in cosmetology and related disciplines. The same year, she became an national coach of Meder Beauty Science brand.

Oksana Shikulo is a cosmetologist-esthetician and certified cosmetologist of Medik8, Biologique Recherche, Meder Beauty Science, KOKO Dermaviduals, STYX Naturcosmetic and ADN brands. Oksana works under the direction of Tatiana.
From October 2018 to April 2019 she passed a full special theoretical and practical course of 1200 hours under the program "Cosmetologist" at the School of Cosmetology "Insight - HELLEREL".
